Hauser Lake Water Association offers convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Online Payment Option: Nexbillpay

Please follow the link below (click to pay your bill now) or call 1-800-639-2435 and press option 5 for their online billing support to set up your account or to make a payment! Nexbillpay's hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time (two hours ahead). If you call them outside of their business hours and leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and reason for calling, they will get back to you the following business day.

Pro Tip: Your online account with NexBill Pay will allow you to check your account balance. Yes, this means you CAN set up an account online as a resource without having to put in your payment information if you do not wish to make payments online. Please go to our payment portal and create an account. This account will also give you the option to set up reminder notifications via text or email, give you basic account information, or set up recurring payments if you would like.

Payments Over the Phone

Hauser Lake Water Association cannot take credit card payments over the phone. Our third-party billing is happy to do so (Nexbill Pay) you can reach them at 1-800-639-2435 and press option 5 for their online billing. Please note their hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Central Time (two hours ahead). 

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
