Water Overage Rate Structure

November 04, 2025

REMINDER: The new OVERAGE rate structure has been implemented. The new overage rate structure is for water usage that exceeds the monthly allotment. Your flat monthly base rate is NOT changing. Only the cost for water used beyond the monthly allowance has been updated. Why are overage rates changing? This update is intended to: promote responsible water use (this is especially important for fire safety), reflect the increasing cost of water delivery, and ensure fair billing for all members, especially those using water within normal limits.

Customers who use high volumes of water will notice an increase in their billing amount. High volumes of water overage = a higher bill amount.

If you have any questions regarding this message or the new overage rate structure, please give our secretary staff a call. Please be patient as there is an influx of calls coming in regarding the new overage rate structure. Thank you.
